I discovered two things that changed the game for me.
Subscriptions are middlemen. And you can skip them.
Higgsfield, Freepik and friends don't build the AI: they resell it to you marked up, with their monthly fee on top. Without the middleman, you pay the AI directly, like topping up credit: you load it, you spend it, you top up when it runs out. If you don't generate one month, you don't pay. Period.
The tool isn't what sells. Creativity is.
A pro's ad and a beginner's ad come out of the same place. What changes is the angle, the script, the intent behind the scene, the format that fits each product. That's judgment. And it's exactly what we teach at AvatarHype: full control over the generation, with the student-area resources built exactly for that.
When I put those two things together, everything clicked.
